Logging in — step by step

Go directly to Stockity's own domain (https://stockity.com/en) or open the official mobile app. Avoid links from unofficial ads or messages.
- 2Enter your email and password
Use the email address you registered with. Passwords are case-sensitive — check Caps Lock if it's rejected.
- 3Complete verification if asked
Some logins require a one-time code (OTP) sent by email or SMS, or a CAPTCHA. Enter it before the code expires.
- 4You're in
You should land on your dashboard. If you see a blank page or error, try refreshing or switching networks before assuming something is broken.
Common login issues
Double-check for typos, extra spaces, or autofill errors. If you're sure it's correct, use the official password reset flow rather than retrying repeatedly.
Check spam/junk folders for email codes. For SMS, confirm your registered number is current and has signal. Wait a minute before requesting a new code.
Try a different network (mobile data vs Wi-Fi), clear your browser cache, or try the app instead of the browser (or vice versa).
